Well, they certainly were mixed up with nightmares in the old legends, so I don't think it's impossible. The fact that he is in RMMH now, though, makes it less likely. I know that demons can't mess with people's heads on hospital grounds, it seems unlikely that an incubus could send a nightmare from hospital grounds to you.
